Od kilkunastu dni, przynajmniej raz na dobę samoczynnie odmontowuje mi się HDD. Nie robiłem żadnych modyfikacji, dla pewności przeskanowałem HDD gPartem. Gdzie szukać problemu?
Muszę restartować router aby opt i dane się ponownie zamontowały.

Na próbę wyłącz sd-idle, przeskanuj dysk jakimś programem do testu dysków (S.M.A.R.T), zmieniałeś fw routera , wróć do poprzedniej wersji, podepnij dysk 2,5" przez aktywnego huba, jeżeli dysk 3,5" sprawdź na innym zasilaniu, może zasilacz pada i dysk powoduje rejecting I/O to dead device. Jan 1 01:00:15 EXT2-fs warning: mounting unchecked fs, running e2fsck is recommended to zrób to też jak zaleca.
Sformatowałem opt, wgrałem pliki od nowa i problem ustąpił. Coś pogubił z plików? HDD będzie pod baczną obserwacją.

@servee - o ile problem jest w obrębie samych wyjść (dławiki, warystory), to naprawialne, ale jeśli w samym SoC - to nienaprawialne ze względu na koszta. A co było przyczyną?
