posiadam:
RT-N16 + Tomato PL 1.28.0000 MIPSR2-115-PL K26 USB AIO
internet poprzez SIM z Plusa
modem Huewai E173U-2

modem z routerem w połączeniu z Tomato pracują bezproblemowo lecz osiągane prędkości są tragiczne: ping w okolicach 500ms, DL: 0.20 UL: 0.05

po przełożeniu karty SIM do tableta Samsung Galaxy 2 i włączenia udostępniania internetu parametry wracają do stanu prawidłowego, czyli: ping wynosi 50ms, DL: 7,00 UL: 4.00

bardzo proszę o pomoc w rozwiązaniu problemu

Witam wszystkich.

Ja może się podepnę do wątku z innym modemem 3G, a mianowicie ZTE MF637. Jak wziąłem sobie router i modem do pracy do miasta to wszytko śmiga bez żadnego problemu, ale z kolei jak wezmę urządzenie do domu to czasem się połączy, czasem nie. Przeważnie dostanie IP z sieci, ale nie może zweryfikować połączenia i po kilku sekundach router się rozłącza. Na palcach policzyć można kiedy się podpiął i net działał. Jak podepnę dongla do laptopa to sa 2-3 kreski HSPA. W logu pojawiają się takie wpisy:

Witam,

to jest mój pierwszy post na forum i pozdrawiam wszystkich użytkowników.
Zwracam się do Was koledzy z prośbą o pomoc w uruchomieniu modemu 3G z Cyfrowego Polsatu na routerze Linksys e4200.

Na routerze mam wgrane oprogramowanie tomato-E4200USB-NVRAM60K-1.28.RT-N5x-MIPSR2-121-AIO.bin i nie mogę uruchomić modemu Huawei E3372. Przeglądam forum już od jakiegoś czasu, ale nie umiem sobie poradzić z konfiguracją. Nie jestem specem od tematu i mam prośbę o pomoc w skonfigurowaniu dostępu do internetu. Pracuję na systemach Windows 7 lub na Macbook Pro z OS Maverics.

nie służy on jednakże to nawiązywania połączenia 3G. Musisz załadować moduł cdc_ncm. Wydaj komendę w konsoli (lub w tools- >commands)

cdc _ncm nic nie wykrył. Wygląda na to, że masz modem hilink. Wczytaj jeszcze moduł cdc_ether i pokaż log.

Ok - już wszystko ruszyło. Okazało się, że faktycznie mam modem hilink - poczytałem trochę o tym i poszedłem do Cyfrowego Polsatu, aby wymienilli mi modem na starszy typ, bo nie chciałem gmerać z przestawianiem hilinka na tryb standardowy.

Potem zrobiłem całą procedurę z postu:

...i wszystko zaczęło działać. Dodałem także komendy do skryptu INIT.

Aha gdyby ktoś szukał APN do Cyfrowego Polsatu, to prawidłowym APN jest "internet.cp"

hilink też jest w sumie "bezproblemowy". Po prostu używa się wtedy modułu cdc_ether zamiast cdc_ncm. Wykryty przez moduł interfejs będzie eth3 (lub kolejny) zamiast usb0. Reszta jest w sumie bez zmian Wink

A czy da się jako modemu 3G używać smartfona z androidem?

Cześć, posiadam Asus RT-N66U, mam modem Huawei E3372h-153 oraz Orange SIM3G/R-UIM/LTE (z PINem).

Nie mogę w żaden sposób nawiązać połączenia przez to urządzenie.

Prośba o pomoc, od czego zacząć by urządzenie zadziałało.

w Orange pewnie jest modem LTE hi-link.
1. jaki masz IP modemu. jak 192.168.1.1 to na routerze masz to samo zmien np na routerku na 192.168.8.1
1. czy na routerku maz soft tomato? zamiesc logi zeby sprawdzic czy modem jest wogole wykrywany - moze zasilanie jest za slabe i bedzie trzeba podlaczyc hub usb aktywny 2.0.
2. modem lte trzeba bedzie przerobic na non hilink gdyz ze wzgledu na procek broadcoma najprawdopodobniej nie beda doczytywaly sie niektore stronki i bedzie problem z transferem wiekszych plikow

- Tomato PL 1.28.0000 MIPSR2-116-PL K26 USB AIO-64K
- adres routera to 10.10.10.2
- nie bardzo kumam o co chodzi z tym hi-link Smile

Modem nie jest od Orange, ma na sobie logo "*T****" chyba jak T-Mobile, natomiast na PC modem działa normalnie z Aplikacją Playa...
Orange, chyba jako jedyny jest pogrzany jeżeli chodzi o brak możliwości usunięcia pinu.
W Tomato, w menu USB i NAS są widoczne:
- HUAWEI Mass Storage (niezamontowane)
- HUAWEI TF CARD Storage (niezamontowane)

OK jak uzywasz aplikacji pod PC to masz modem non hi-link (czyli ala karta sieciowa) czyli taki jak ma byc. Jakbys wlaczyl modem i bez niczego masz net to jest hi-link duzo o tym jest na forum.

Problem w tym ze masz za stare tomato (v116 nie obsluguje e3372) Smile. Tomato v116 wykrywa go jako modem 3G ale dodatkowo nie masz wpisanego PIN i miejsca zeby to zrobic (mozna komendami to zaladowac na forum z ponad rok temu to bylo opisne) ale i tak nie bedzie LTE. Sad. Wgraj v132 to jest niestety tylko po angielsku - jest najstabilniejsza. Jak bys przeczytal log versji tomato http://tomato.groov.pl/?page_id=12 to bys zobaczyl ze dopiero modem e3372 non hi-link zostal dodany w v131 ale v132 jest lepsza.

nie pamietam czy w v132 zadziala PIN z Orange jak nadal nie bedzie dzialac to wgraj v139. Niestety przy przejsciu z v116 na v132 i z v132 na v139 bedziesz musial wyczyscic nvram i wszystko ustawic od zera. Nie mozna wgrywac ustawien z innych wersji. Jak masz tego duzo to na forum jest info jak mozna to skopiowac. Za kilka dni pewnie v140 dla Twojego routerka tez powstanie.

no i zmien adres routera kto wymyslil 10.10.10.2 (tej puli sie nie uzywa)? powinnien byc standardowy 192.168.1.1.

Jeżeli masz nadmiar czasu to możesz dalej walczyć z kolejnymi wersjami Tomato i obsługą tego modemu (choć może się okazać że będziesz potrzebował aktywnego HUB-a USB). Wg mnie jedynym efektywnym i tanim rozwiązaniem jest użycie do tego celu routera Nexx WT3020 + wydajnego zasilacza/ładowarki od tabletu z min. 1,5A/5V, instalacja w routerze OpenWRT/Gargoyle i finito (zasilanie w tym routerze jest zmostkowane-ograniczeniem jest tylko wydajność zasilacza).

A skąd takie wiadomości...? To przecież adresy z puli prywatnej z klasy A, bardzo często używane.

@overflow2 patrząc po dostępności funkcji w nowych kompilacjach, to chyba nawet WRT54G/GL jeszcze ma OpenVPN, albo jakiś odpowiednik... zależy, na jakie transfery liczysz.

@servee - o ile problem jest w obrębie samych wyjść (dławiki, warystory), to naprawialne, ale jeśli w samym SoC - to nienaprawialne ze względu na koszta. A co było przyczyną?
