Mam problem ze skonfigurowaniem Web Servera NGINX.
Posiadam router Asus RT-N66U z wgranym Tomato Version 1.28 by shibby AIO.
Do routera mam podłączony dysk USB 500 GB sformatowany na NTFS (o nazwie VERBATIM_HD).
Najpierw włączyłem serwer FTP, podałem katalog roota jako /mnt/VERBATIM_HD/FTP i po podłączeniu się klientem FTP jestem w stanie przeglądać zasoby (czyli dysk USB jest sprawny i widoczny).
Następnie aktywowałem serwer Web (na porcie 85) z ustawionym katalogiem roota /tmp/mnt/VERBATIM_HD/www. Po wpisaniu adresu otrzymuję NGINX Server Testpage (czyli serwer działa), ale już po wpisaniu w końcówce jakiegoś pliku html, który leży w katalogu www otrzymuję 404.
Proszę o jakieś rady co źle zrobiłem.
PS Jestem zielony w temacie.

Witam ponownie
Kupiłem w końcu asusa RT-AC68U i jest mały problem. Na OFW net śmiga prawidłowo:
ale zaraz po przetestowaniu, wgrałem tomato-RT-AC68U-ARM--132-AIO-64K
no i już nie jest kolorowo bo nie wyciągam więcej niż:
shibby - HELP
co robić? znowu kombinować z fastnat? zresztą identyczne wyniki uzyskiwałem na starym wrt610n i dlatego go zmieniłem

update:
sformatowałem dysk na ext2 - bez zmian.
Wyłączyłem Web Server w opcjach - czyli NGINX is currently stopped, a Testpage i tak się wyświetla. Czy to oznacza, że serwer działa mimo wszystko?
Czy jest ktoś komu udało się to uruchomić?

Hmm. U mnie wbudowany NGINX działa bez problemu. Daj jakieś z rzuty opcji bo tak ciężko zgadywać.

Tak jak wspomniałem, jak kliknę STOP NOW żeby zatrzymać serwer, strona testserwer i tak się uruchamia.

Spróbuj odznaczyć opcję "Keep Config Files". Zapisz i na wszelki wypadek zresetuj router.

hub usb aktywny z zasilaczem + HDD + pendrive (na nim /optware) + huawei e173s-2 (do wysyłania sms za pomocą gnokii + na karcie swap).
Tomato: 1.28.0000 MIPSR2-132 K26 USB Mega-VPN
Problem pojawia się po około 24 godzinach od uruchomienia routera (+- 10 minut). Odłącza się nagle pendrive z /opt i czasem go podłączy ale tylko w read only. W tym czasie nie ma żadnego większego obciążenia itp itd . Czaem po tym wzrasta obiążenie procesora, do tego stopnia że przez ssh się prawie nie da nic zrobić...

Wygląda to jak problem z pendrivem... ale dlaczego pojawia się to dopiero po 24 h od uruchomienia? Dzieje się to na różnych pendrivach. Co ciekawe - nie działo się to zanim nie podłączyłem modemu e173 do huba (hub jest zasilany).
Sprawdzałem na 2 różnych aktywnych hubach i 2 zwykłych - zawsze ten sam problem (wpierw obstawiałem za słabe zasilanie dla modemu).

Panowie mam taki problem. Miałem wcześniej v132, później testowałem Multiwana. Teraz chcąc wrócić do v132 czyściłem nvram. Robiłem to kilka razy w gui, przez ssh komendą mtd-erase2 nvram, jednak mimo tego na wersji 132 pojawiają się wciąż te same błędy z Multiwana. Np. tam nie działał Bandwidtch limiter, teraz też nie działa. QOS nie działąl tam, nie działa i tu, włącze DMZ nie działa mi PPTP i SSH z zewnątrz (na Multiwanie miałem to samo). O co tu chodzi? Jak dobrze wyczyścić te ustawienia? Czy może mam wgrywać ten soft przez ASUS Firmware Restoration Utility? Możecie poradzić?

Tyle, że Ty korzystałeś z OpenVPN, a ja PPTP. Start z palca nic nie daje.

Jako że jestem od niedawna użytkownikiem neta 150Mbit/s zauważyłem, że moje Tomato na Netgear WNR3500L (v1) działający na 480Mhz nie zawsze pozwala na korzystanie z pełnych możliwości łącza.
Przeprowadziłem kilka testów NAT na 2 laptopach podłączonych do routera (zestawiło wszystkie na 1Gb/s) i wykonałem testy programem iperf.
Wyniki:
usb + smb (nawet z transferem z dysku) + pptp server + pptp client -> ~184 Mbit/s lub 281 Mbit/s (bcm_nat)
Gdy włączę openvpn client, transfer spada do ~133 Mbit/s. Po odpaleniu openvpn client bcm_nat przestaje działać.
Zadziwia mnie taki spadek wydajności w przypadku odpalenia openvpn. Na pewno nie są to reguły iptables (dodane bodajże 2) i na pewno nie jest to obciążenie generowane przez demona openvpn.
Skąd bierze się spadek ze 184 Mbit/s do 133 Mbit/s gdy włączony jest openvpn client? Co takiego jest odpalane, że bcm_nat nie chce współdziałać z openvpn?
Wywalałem moduł "tun", wywalałem interfejs tun11, wywalałem reguły, a bcm_dalej nie działa, i transfer też niższy. Nie znam za bardzo tego, ale co takiego robi openvpn jeszcze, że odnotowuje się taki spadek ?

moduł tun.ko używany przez openvpn jest niekompatybilny z bcm_nat. Nie przeskoczysz tego.
moduł tun.ko ładuje się automatycznie przy starcie serwisu. Bez tego modułu openvpn nie zadziała (nie utworzy się wirtualny interfejs tun/tap). By ponownie bcm_nat zaczął działać zakładam, że wystarczy restart routera (po uwczesnym wyłączeniu openvpna) i dopiero wtedy aktywacja bcm_nat ponownie.
133Mbps to i tak bardzo dużo jak na ten router.

Sam moduł tun.ko chyba nie wyklucza bcm_nat.
Przetestowałem właśnie i samo załadowanie modułu tun.ko (`modprobe tun`)
nie sprawia, że nie działa bcm_nat (test > 280 Mbit/s)
Tak samo odpalony openvpn (z GUI), po czym wywalenie modułu (`rmmod tun`), a więc znika interfejs tun11 też nie zmienia sytuacji - transfer ~133 Mbit/s
Nie patrząc już na samego bcm_nat, skąd spadek 180 Mbit/s do 130Mbit/s gdy używa się openvpn (nawet, gdy żaden transfer za jego pośrednictwem nie jest wykonywany).
Co takie uruchomienie openvpn powoduje w sytemie poza
1. Załadowaniem modułu tun i postawieniem interfejsu tun11
2. Dodaniem reguł iptables dla tun11 (allow any-any)
3. Dodanie jakiegoś routingu
