Seg Fault'y i Bus Errory po triku z 32MB RAM na WL500gP

Uzywam wlasnej kompilacji OpenWRT do odpalania Debiana z pendrive'a/dysku 2,5 zgodnie z mistrzowska koncepcja kolegi Tomka z http://wpkg.org/Running_Debian_on_ASU...00G_deluxe dla ktorego szacun.
Gdy odpalam system ze standardowymi u mnie 16MB-ami pamieci (sdram_init=0x000b) wszystko pieknie gra, zero problemow.
Jesli tylko uzyje pelnych 32MB (sdram_init=0x0009) to w trakcie odpalania sysytemu, od razu w trakcie pierwszych skryptow z rcS.d sypie mi sie kupa "segmentation fault'ow" i "bus error'ow".
Jednak zeby bylo smiezniej to nie zawsze tak jest. Mozna ogolnikowo powiedziec ze na jakies 10 odpalen routera, 3 z nich sa calkowicie poprawne, natomiast pozostale 7 konczy sie wspomnianymi bledami.
Czyli czasem slonce czasem deszcz.
Kompilowalem rozne jadra (revision 5375 , 6850, 9442, 10517) jednak bez rezultatu, ciagle to samo, ale tylko jak wlacze 32MB.

Na oryginalnym Kamikaze 7.09 z 32MB RAM'u tez czasem dostaje segmentation faulty, ale tylko na koncu procesu boot'owania i nie przeszkadza to w ogolnej pracy systemu.
Whiterussian rc6 and i oryginalny firmware Asus'a 1.9.7.5 dzialaja bez problemow, pewnie z racji jadra 2.4

Tak wiec nie bardzo wiem gdzie szukac problemu, czy w ustawieniach nvram czy w kernel'u.
Wielu osobom Debian smiga z 32MB na wl500gP bez zarzutow, ale z tego co zaobserwowalem to wszyscy maja wartosc "hardware_version" w nvram rowna "WL500gp-01-02-00-00"
U mnie natomiast pole to ma wartosc "WL500gH-01-00-00-00".Moze mam jakas starsza wersje tego routera? Czy ktos z was ma tez gH w nvramie i miewa/nie miewa podobne objawy?

Swoja droga nie bardzo tez rozumiem czemu nalezy uzyc wartosci 0x0009 aby uzyskac 32MB. Jesli by sie przyjrzec wartosciom ze strony Oleg'a, ktorego autorytet ciezko zakwestionowac (http://wl500g.dyndns.org/sdram.html) to wyglada jakby 0x0009 odnosilo sie do 64MB a nie 32MB, chyba ze ja cos nie kapcze (co jest bardzo prawdopodobne)
Myslalem ze mam moze cos nawalone ze zmienna "sdram_ncdl" , ale probowalem wielu opcji wlaczenie z sugerowana "zero" i tez NIC.

Bylbym wdzieczny za wszelakie sugestie, doswiadczenia zwlaszcza od osob majacych dziwne gH w polu hardware_version, bo powoli koncza mi sie pomysly a juz troche nad tym siedze. Znalazlem tylko jeden stary post z problemami podobnymi do moich, ale niestety nie moge zlapac autora (http://wl500g.info/showthread.php?t=6339)

Kupowałem Asusy n10u albo n12d1 ale nie widzę ich, chyba już nie produkują, Chodzi o coś nowego i taniego. Transfery niewielkie.

@overflow2 patrząc po dostępności funkcji w nowych kompilacjach, to chyba nawet WRT54G/GL jeszcze ma OpenVPN, albo jakiś odpowiednik... zależy, na jakie transfery liczysz.

@servee - o ile problem jest w obrębie samych wyjść (dławiki, warystory), to naprawialne, ale jeśli w samym SoC - to nienaprawialne ze względu na koszta. A co było przyczyną?
