losowo odmontowuje się HDD

Od kilkunastu dni, przynajmniej raz na dobę samoczynnie odmontowuje mi się HDD. Nie robiłem żadnych modyfikacji, dla pewności przeskanowałem HDD gPartem. Gdzie szukać problemu?
Muszę restartować router aby opt i dane się ponownie zamontowały.

Na próbę wyłącz sd-idle, przeskanuj dysk jakimś programem do testu dysków (S.M.A.R.T), zmieniałeś fw routera , wróć do poprzedniej wersji, podepnij dysk 2,5" przez aktywnego huba, jeżeli dysk 3,5" sprawdź na innym zasilaniu, może zasilacz pada i dysk powoduje rejecting I/O to dead device.

Sformatowałem opt, wgrałem pliki od nowa i problem ustąpił. Coś pogubił z plików? HDD będzie pod baczną obserwacją.
